Employment: Teacher at Heritage High School in Loudoun County, VA.

Mike Chalmers will handle the strength and fitness duties for the Impact, and combine with Coach Hudson for recruiting and tactics. Born in Maryland and raised in West Virginia, Chalmers starred at Martinsburg High School in the early nineties. He has trained, played and consulted at the semi-pro level since graduating from Shepherd University in 1997. For the "Rams" Chalmers spearheaded a defense that led the WVIAC conference in fewest points allowed during his senior year, and ranked statistically at the national level. He earned all-conference honors both his junior and senior years at Shepherd. A nationally licensed coach, Chalmers has placed himself at the helm of college, high school and club programs over the last decade and presently consults and trains along the east coast through camps and sports specific seminars.
